AlipayHK: On the AlipayHK App homepage, click "Scan" in the lower left corner – scan the QR code merchant code – select the payment method (e.g., credit card) – enter the payment password to complete the transaction.
MPay Macau Wallet: Macau customers can pay via MPay. Transfer the total order amount, enter the transaction number/send the receipt directly/click to send it to us, and we will jointly process the order.
How to Pay
- Product Delivery Time -
All products are ordered after payment is received. After payment is completed, it generally takes approximately 7 to 14 business days for shipment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Korea and Hong Kong). Some popular products or pre-ordered special offers may require a longer wait; please be patient.
Flight logistics and other factors may affect the delivery time of goods. In such cases, we will notify the passenger and monitor the situation closely.

SF Express
All product shipping fees are by default SF Express collect on delivery. Fees will be calculated based on product weight and size. Please refer to the SF Express website for details.
Cosmetics, skincare products, and contact lenses: Orders over HK$600 after discounts qualify for free shipping via SF Express stations/smart lockers/SF Express centers for self-pickup.
No free shipping is available for other shipping methods besides SF Express stations/smart lockers/SF Express centers.
All electronics, food, masks, clothing, and accessories on this website are excluded from the free shipping offer.
If a refund is issued due to stock shortages and the total amount below HK$600 is not eligible for free shipping, the item will be shipped via SF Express collect on delivery without further notice.
No free shipping is available for items purchased from provided images.

Prices are subject to change based on exchange rate fluctuations and official promotions; refunds due to price adjustments are not accepted.
As this website operates on a purchasing agent basis, no returns or refunds can be made for defective or damaged products.
All products are packaged with bubble wrap for shock protection before shipment. However, minor imperfections or cracks caused by pressure during transportation or the product manufacturing process, even when the product is in its original packaging, are considered force majeure and cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges due to packaging defects unless the product's normal use is affected.
All goods carry the risk of damage or loss upon shipment. Customers assume this risk themselves. This website cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds after the product has been shipped.
All contact lenses are non-refundable except for incorrect styles.
Website images may appear slightly different on mobile phones, computers, etc. Returns or refunds due to color variations are not accepted in such cases.
